How to Use
Rest & Relaxation uses:
For a relaxing massage, mix a few drops of Rest & Relaxation with a carrier oil.
Fill the bathtub with warm water, and add a few drops of Rest & Relaxation.
Add a few drops of Rest & Relaxation to a sprayer bottle and add some water. Shake and spritz bed linens, pajamas, and towels.
Diffuse Rest & Relaxation in the evening to help set the stage for restful sleep.
Add a few drops to shampoos, conditioners and lotions for a relaxing edge.
Place a few drops on wrists or behind the ears for a calming, pleasant-scented experience.
Take a few drops and place them on the palms of hands, rub hands together and inhale deeply for about 30 seconds.
Before bed, place a few drops on the pillow to help support restful sleep.
