Inside the XT6 Trainer, a moulded OrthoLite sockliner is fitted to mimic the contours of your foot and provide top-of-the-range breathability and cushioning to further push the performance characteristics of this model to its limits.  Looking at the sole of the shoe now, an Agile Chassis System, otherwise known as ACS, is integrated into the midsole to provide stability and soften harsh impacts, it combines with the Eva foam Energy Cell midsole to then offer energy retention and propel the wearer forward - ideal for trail-running use!  The bottom-most part of the Salomon XT6 Trainer features a mud Contagrip sole, it is built for maximum grip on loose serfucases with a dep and rugged chevron traction pattern that is made from a rubber compound to provide first-class adhesion on the go.
