Featuring the tri-sphere brush, Noir Couture is a 4-in-1 mascara which thickens, lengthens, curls and magnifies the lashes.
To apply, place the brush at the base of the lashes, working gently towards the ends to create volume, length and curl. For even more dramatic results, add additional coats.
