YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
The super-smooth, emollient powder glides onto lids like a cream. For best results, mix a small drop of Stay All Day Liquid Eye Primer with a dab of Magnificent Metals and swirl together. Then, gently apply mixture on lids, blending it out with soft strokes to achieve eye-popping metallic lids.
