WHY IT’S GLOWING
We’re all about coloring outside the lines. However, in regards to our lips, we prefer setting boundaries. This liner lets you smoothly draw lines exactly where you want them. It’s waterproof, so it won’t smudge when you take a sip, but malleable enough to blend with your lip color. Bonus! It also looks fabulous when worn alone and now is smudge-proof and waterproof.
