Drink 2 glasses of water.
Fill Applicator with Plumping Gel (1) up to 2ml (1ml twice, if needed.
Apply Plumping gel directly on desired areas.
Let Plumping gel sit in place for 10 minutes.
Press any remaining product into the skin with fingertips or palms.
Apply about a Nickel size amount of Nourishing Film (2) up to 2ml all over the face and neck to lock in the Plumping molecules and moisturize the skin.
