HOW TO USE IT

Use Couture Brow Slim to create a perfect arch and fill any sparse areas on your arch:
• Brush your brow hair up with the brush end of the pencil and draw a thin line that follows the hairline of the lower arch.
• Brush your brow hair down and define the top of your arch.
• Brush through so that your brows look full and fill any gaps using small, hair-like strokes.
