WHAT IT DOES
:
- Pairs with our Eye Liner Pencil to define eyes with deep color. Refills with cartridge--available separately.
- Includes a rubber blending tip for creating smokey, dimensional looks.
HOW TO USE IT
:
- Take Eye Liner Pencil Cartridge to insert into holder.
- Position the cartridge into the holder and push firmly until it clicks into place.
- To remove, pull cartridge out of the holder.
