HOW TO USE IT

Apply with long gliding motions from the centre of the face outwards. To use as a luminous primer, Mix one drop of Top Secrets Instant Moisture Glow Ultra Moisture with one drop of Touche Éclat Foundation and apply all over the face for an ultra luminous effect. Can be used daily.
