HOW TO USE IT:
1. Using Blush brush no.16, apply Rouge Blush at the tops of the cheeks, blending downwards.
2. Blend in the blush on the apples of your cheeks with a circular motion.
3. For a sculpting, illuminating effect, apply the blush at the tops of the cheeks, blending out towards the temple and over the brow arch.
