HOW TO USE IT:
- Apply Cils Booster XL Primer from roots to tips of eyelashes, but do not wait until dry before coating lashes with mascara.
- Comb Hypnôse Drama Mascara through lashes with brush in a smooth vertical motion, while Cils Booster XL Primer is still wet.
- To remove using Bi-Facil Eye Makeup Remover, shake the bottle to activate the formula. Saturate a cotton round or cotton ball with Bi-Facil and hold over closed eyes to moisten and soften makeup, then gently swipe over makeup to remove. Repeat until all eye makeup is removed.
