The compact includes a puff applicator. Dab the applicator onto the pressed powder , then lightly press onto the back of the hand to remove excess. Gently press puff onto skin using a pat-and-roll motion. (Around eyes, use Secret Brightening Powder for Under Eyes.) As with all Setting Powders, apply after any creamy formulas, including cream blush.
