Product Description: Made by Yokota Sake Brewery in Saitama, this junmai version of the original sake is surprisingly light and fresh, with soft peach notes. Isake Mini uses sake musashi, Saitama's first original brewer's rice. With a starchy consistency, the rice produces excellent quality koji which is the key to sake production.
