Product Description: Dom Pérignon uses the word ‘Plénitude’ to describe the moment at which a Champagne reaches its radiant apex – a window that occurs three times during the wine’s life. The second Plénitude, or P2, as it’s labelled here, occurs upwards of 15 years into maturation; the chef de cave carefully monitors the wine, releasing it to customers only when the moment is right. Dom Pérignon Rosé in its P2 version is particularly rare, with the 2000 vintage marked as unparalleled, intense and flavourful without ever feeling heavy.
