It comes from a high-altitude farm in Kenya’s Nandi Hills, positioned at over 2km above sea level, where the earth is the dusty red of this magnificent elephantine caddy and the blue skies are filled with eagles, ibis and butterflies. The clean air and bright sunshine at that height come through in every brew, which creates a tea that is as brisk and stimulating as a ride on an elephant.
