Secretly, we love putting crisps in a doorstep beef and mustard sandwich. Now Savoursmiths have reverse engineered our guilty pleasure into Wagyu Beef & Honey Mustard Potato Crisps. The eye-wateringly expensive Japanese beef has been powdered and combined with Mexican honey from Yucutan and spiced mustard. Meaty, sweet and piquant; these have to be the world’s most gourmet crisps. Savoursmiths make audaciously luxurious crisps, which are cooked up in small batches using homegrown produce from a family-run farm in Cambridgeshire. Mike Russell Smith was raised on that very farm. After a stint in the world of Wealth Management, he returned to it with his wife Colette – a foodie, a model and a qualified Pilates instructor. Together, this dynamic duo co-founded Savoursmiths and are taking the humble potato crisp to a whole new level of decadence, creating exotic flavours with the finest ingredients from all four corners of the globe.
