Rather than dominating the flavour profile, rose provides sweet notes of Turkish delight, which are the perfect counterfoil to all that peppery, piney juniper. Lemon verbena brings a refreshing citrus element, while the dark hollyhock flowers deliver that stunning colour and delicate herbal notes.
