HOW TO USE:
Use the highest point of the bullet to shape the lips
Fill the upper lip starting from the center and working out to define the lip line
Fill the lower lip starting from the center and working out to define the lip line
For a lacquer finish, pair with Lip Gloss
For a metallic finish, pair with Glow Kit
Pro Tips:
Use Brush 3, work directly off Matte Lipstick to further define the lip line or detail the lips
For on-the-go touch ups, perfect the perimeter of the lips using Pro Pencil
