The Arc'Teryx Women's Acrux FL Approach Shoe is a durable hiking shoe for technical terrain in mild to warm weather. The Vibram® Approach outsole with Megagrip compound grabs the dirt and rocks, whether they're wet or dry and powers a surefooted hike along the trail. Moving up from the bottom, a premium injected EVA midsole adds cushion and support while also absorbing shock as you meet rocks on the way up and roots on the way down. The upper is made of PU coated nylon yarns, TPU high abrasion protection films and 3D moulded heel and toe cap that have all been laminated together for strength against the changing terrain you come up against. The liner is a 2-layer stretch nylon monomesh with air permeable EVA core, which provides an adaptive fit. It forms to the foot closely for reduced pressure points, even in the last mile of the day.
