Begin by smoothing lips with exfoliant, then gently neutralise natural lip colour with a touch of concealer.

Build colour opacity in layers:
Using the fingertip, roll colour directly onto the lip.
Start in the centre of the bottom lip and transfer colour onto the lips using the index finger, working outwards to either edge.
Repeat on top lip.
