The IRONING BOARD Tee remembers Sarah Boon, a former slave in South Carolina, who made unique improvements to the ironing board and patented them. Her alterations allowed better ironing of the sleeves and bodies of women’s garments. All profits from the t-shirt sales will be donated to Color of Change, the largest online racial justice organization in the country.
