Released by adidas in October 2021, the special construction, as its nickname suggests, is inspired by Halloween, and features several design modifications to commemorate the festive holiday. The shoe’s upper is decorated with a black corduroy construction with tonal leather Three Stripes branding on either side. A purple-and-black plaid textile appears on the eyelets. Adidas places an orange “Superstar” branding patch on the tongue and an orange pumpkin lace dubrae on the vamp. The interior lining appears in a fuzzy green terry cloth material.
