Based off the original volume-shifted, high-motor shape, Lib Tech created the Lost Micks Tape to open things up to us everyday surfers who might want a bit more volume and paddle power but are still after the mix of spontaneous freedom and power on-rail that this board was built for. Designed to be ridden with a thruster fin configuration and much shorter than the standard shortboard, this board insists you choose a volume you can be comfortable with and push yourself to fit into new parts of the wave. We especially like riding it in small-to-medium-sized surf, as it has proven to be a magically fast and loose performance groveler, whether as a thruster or in tri-fin variations.
