Instructions for Proper Application:
Slide brace loosely over wrist.
Fasten closures comfortably.
Keep wrist steady until splint has hardened (-10 minutes).
Heating Instructions:
Unfold and place on provided tray in the middle of the microwave.
Heat and support for 15 seconds (600-700 watt microwave). Check brace for pliability and temperature before placing on hand, brace should be warm, not hot.
If needed, heat support on tray for additional 10 seconds. CAUTION: To avoid burns, do not overheat and allow 30 seconds to cool after microwaving. Do not use with analgesic products. Do not use on broken or sensitive skin.
Molding Instructions:

Keep wrist steady until splint has hardened (10 minutes). To expedite hardening of splint, hover wrist in freezer for no more than 30 seconds.
