Before use: conduct a patch test prior to use for any sensitivity or allergic reactions. Cut out a small piece of the tape and wear inside your wrist, elbow, or below your chest for at least 8 hours. If you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort of any kind discontinue use.
To use: make sure skin is clean, dry, oil, and lotion free. Apply nipple covers before use. Remove bottom portion of liner and place just above the natural fold of the breast or under the nipple. Start applying tape onto the skin from bottom up smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. After the bottom half is applied remove the liner from the top half and start to stretch until you reach the level of lift you desire.
To remove saturate the product with a body safe oil, lotion, or soap. Gently and slowly lift off the tape using more oil if needed. Use oil or alcohol to wipe off any residue. Be sure all residue is removed from skin.
