Instructions for proper application:
1. Slide the elbow support up onto arm and over elbow
2. Pressure pads should be positioned on top and underside of forearm, below the elbow
3. Wrap the strap around the forearm for a firm yet comfortable fit
Care instructions: Close the strap before washing. Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Rinse well and allow to air dry.
DO NOT: Machine wash, dry clean, tumble dry, or use bleach or fabric softener.
