Before using the curler, always check that the silicone pad is positioned correctly and ensure the mushroom profile is positioned correctly and ensure the mushroom profile pad covers the metal edges on the bottom curve. Do not use on eyelashes that have mascara on them. If mascara is desired, always apply it after using the eyelash curler only. Wipe rubber pad clean. Steady your hand by resting elbow on a flat surface. Lift chin and look down into a mirror. Widen eyelash curler opening. Position eyelashes above the cushioned pad. Squeeze curler together gently but firmly (not with so much force as to cut the lashes) for 15 to 20 seconds. For more curl, warm the cage of the curler in your hand for 30 seconds and repeat the curling process. Fluff lashes with a dry brush and apply mascara.
