- If there is an obstacle between the mouse and receiver, reception may not be good.
- Do not arbitrarily disassemble or assemble
- Beware of fire and shock
- Do not use in high temperature and high humidity or dusty places
- Check whether the product is in good condition on the day of purchase or receipt
- Be careful when opening as there is a risk of injuring your hand due to carelessness.
- Do not poke the body part with sharp objects
*Mouse quality guarantee period is 1 year
*Even within the warranty period, physical damage or negligence is excluded from warranty coverage.
*Exchanges/returns due to initial defects of the product must be informed after consultation with the customer center within 7 days of receipt, and the procedure is carried out after checking the product
*If there is no problem with the purchased product, but there is a problem with the connected device or if it is not compatible, it is not a problem with the product and cannot be exchanged/returned.
*In the case of mouse pads, they are consumables and are excluded from service.
*The warranty period is calculated based on the following criteria.
- Online purchase: Based on delivery completion date by courier
- Offline Purchase: As of the day of purchase
*Warranty may be excluded if proof of purchase is not available
